Sydney was an absolute gem to deal with the entire process. She is very detailed oriented, hard working, and available for questions whenever we had them. Buying a home, let alone doing a new build is a stressful process with a lot of pieces moving very quickly. Sydney helped make this a lot less stressful and easy to do in a very uneasy market.

One ask was all it took for Sydney to assembled the team (Jeff and Lynn) and talk with me to answer any and all questions that I had about the rental market, things I should and shouldn't be doing, as well as setting up an LLC and joining the UAA.
